Temp to Hire Accounting Clerk

$25-$28/hr | Full-Time | Sacramento, CA

Ledgent is recruiting an Accounting Clerk for a reputable professional services organization. This position is perfect for someone detail-oriented who is experienced with supporting a busy accounting team.

Responsibilities

Process checks, reimbursements, and vendor invoices
Maintain organized files and documentation
Code and process expense/mileage vouchers
Enter charges into accounting systems
Reconcile credit card statements
Follow up on missing receipts
Follow up with client on aging report

Qualifications

Experience in accounts payable, Accounts Receivable and general accounting support
Professional services experience a plus
Strong attention to detail and organization
Proficiency with Excel
Familiarity with accounting software (TABS a plus)
